How do i simulate Privacy Preservation algorithms for Localisation in IoT ?

I have DLS (Dummy Location Selection) algorithm for privacy preserving in IoT. I want to simulate/run this algorithm. Which tool/simulator should i use ? How can i code the algorithm ?
