Can someone provide tips on altering IPSc to single cells, and then culturing them??

I need a protocol for doing this! and also I wanna know if the single cells of breaking IPSc should be treated with IPSc complete media(F12, bfgf, KOSR) or usual media(DMEM high glu, FBS)?
