What is the best solvent system to electrospinning of PLA containing dextran particle?

i should disperse dextran particles in PLA solution. i used DCM: methanol (70:30 and 80: 20) but fiber was not fabricated. which solvents can be used? thanks.( i can not use DMF as co-solvent...
