Does anyone have an experience to use an Agilent 6550 QTOF for the Native MS?

Dear colleagues, I'm trying to adopt the Agilent 6550 QTOF for the Native MS experiment with the mAbs. The issue is that I don't see any large proteins in the High Mass Mode (up to 10 000 m/z)...
