How to define Phase Change Materials (PCM) in Ansys CFX or fluent ?

I'm modelling 3D cubicle the walls formed by self-compacting concrete mix and PCM . I'm not sure if i'm approaching this problem correctly. Please i need suggestion if there's a better way this...
