Can WNT act as positive control for EA.hy926 in scratch assay? What is the concentration that is suitable to used?

I am doing drug combo scratch assay in EA.hy926 cell line. I would like to confirm whether WNT is suitable to used as a positive control in this experiment and also the suitable concentration to use.
