Tool or database to retrieve phylogenetically ralaed species given the divergence time cut off in MYa (Million Years Ago)

I know that there is http://www.timetree.org/ Other idea would be to simply use taxonomic classification (which would be error prone, and rather not flexible approach). But I am looking for a tool...
