Has anyone used the EORTC QLQ-C30? Could you help me or give me a reference that explains how to aggregate the questions and measure the answers?

I am having difficulty in tabulating the answers and with doubts on how to transform the 30 responses in the 4 to 6 items generally described in the results of the published works.
