Does the filling velocity of underfilled serum and heparin tubes significantly affect Lactate Dehydrogenase levels and hemolysis index?

I would like to know if it is truly significant and if it can also be another cause of the increase in LD levels and hemolysis index in SE and HP blood tubes.
