Has anybody figured out the structure of the binary files in Agilent GC/MS Chemstation .D file import ?

I wrote a function in R (see link) to import .D files. I worked out the ion counts and the M/z values. Does anyone knows how the scan times are stored? They also somehow seem to be in the binary...
