What is the source of poor (output) photo quality in TiFF stacks from high speed video?

I am using a NAC camera system. The image quality is great when the TIFFs are recorded and saved, but when I open them in ImageJ they look like this: any help would be appreciated!

Where can I find skeletal specimens from understudied parts of the world?

I am looking specifically for nuthatch skeletons from the Middle East and Asia. No species are rare in their distributions, just in Western museum collections.
