In the severe varus knee (MA 25 degree ) OA patient with TKR, what angle of femoral valgus would you perform and why?

Usually I perform valgus 6 degree. Once, I performed valgus 7 degree for a severe varus patient but poor medial and lateral soft tissue balance.
