I am trying to combine 2 tyrosine kinase inhibitors and calculate synergy. The combination index I obtain are quite high (20, 60) for some of the drug combinations is this normal?

Drugs dissolved in 100% DMSO formed crystals in RPMI - can anyone help?

I first dissolved the drug in 100% DMSO to 25mM and then further diluted in RPMI to 10mM and 1mM respectively. I realised that the 10mM concentration formed a lot of crystals and will not freeze....
