Which might be the optimum pressure intervals (and the minimum number) to sample the aqueous extract for nutrients from Tempe cells?

I will use the Tempe cells primarily to construct soil moisture release curves but plant nutrient release is also of interest. Time and cost restrict the number of samples I can analyse.
