How to successfully prepare PEO-LiTFSI solid electrolyte?

I made a PEO-LiTFSI (EO:Li = 10:1) membrane, but it is too sticky to be peeled. I made it in air and dry at 60 degree C under vacuum for 24 h. Should I make it in the glove box?
