When I read articles I can only find the information "mostly surrounding PV+ interneurons but it doesn't help me... I guess it is found in the cortex but where? In the cerebellum it's more clear....

Do anyone knows if it's possible to obtain thin sections (like 40/50µm) from fresh tissue (brain) using a vibratome?
