Which other substrates can be used in place of p-nitrophenyl-alpha-D-glucopyranoside in glucosidase inhibition assays?

We are currently working on in vitro glucosidase inhibition potentials of some compounds. The enzyme substrates in our protocol is pNPG. It is difficult to obtain this substrate at this moment....
