The name of my thesis is: "Dental Status and Oral Hygiene of Dialysis Patients in Opava Region". Should I replace the word "of" with "in"? Thank you?

The aim of my bachelor´s thesis is to examine oral cavity (especially teeth and gums) of patients undergoing hemodialysis and process the results.
