Can someone guide me with generation of porcupine plots from PCASuite results or Amber PCA Analysis results?

I have seen video on youtube by SenDHil K on porcupine plot generation which plots these plots using a PML script but requires an extreme1.pdb file. I am not sure what are the contents of such pdb...
