Can anyone provide me information about the enzyme MAXATASE?? who can supply or indicate an enzyme that is doing the same job?

I am looking for enzyme MAXATASE required for the extraction of carotenoids (astaxanthin) from the samples. Who can supply?? or any hint of other enzyme doing the same work...
