How to know the reaction site of Metal(II) ion i.e., Hg+2 ion in schiff base ligand by using gaussian?

Iam trying to know the reaction site of Hg+2 ion in schiff base ligand by using gaussian 09w. Please help me with this question. I am attaching the schiff base ligand gaussian file.
