What are the minimum amount of polymer samples needed for 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR?

I'm working on polymer. I've tried 8mg sample in 0.6 ml solvent for 13C NMR but I got a high noise spectrum. Any specific amount for polymer sample in running NMR ?
