Our lab works with cell models and animal tissues to study regulation of Metabolism through Nuclear Receptors. Can anyone suggest the name of imaging software which might be of use in our filed.

I am not getting band for my gene of AR at 110 kda in WB. However, I had been able to confirm the AR through ICC, PCR and transcriptional assay?
