If the transmittance of a thin film precursor solution is greater than 100 percent, what happened and does it acceptable for research?

A thin film solution was prepared at 0.5M concentration and deposited on ITO glass and annealed, the UV analysis revealed transmittance results greater than 100 percent (eg 121%).
