How to import pulsatile flow/pressure in laminar flow module (whole domain) in comsol?

I need to simulate a pulsatile flow in the artery. Does anyone know how to do this in Comsol or how to change dependent pressure in the main Navier-Stokes equation with a variable pressure with time?
