Hi, regarding Mott-Schottky plot, can anyone let me know how to choose the impedance potential range? My sample is a Bi-oxide with 2.4 eV band gap.

I use CHI760 instrument. I coat my sample on a GC electrode and use Ag/AgCl as reference electrode(I think ref electrode doesnot matter as I convert all potentials to RHE), pH 2, Na2SO4...
