Does anyone know how to isolation of high-purity myenteric plexus from adult rat gastrointestinal tract for further biochemical investigation?

I would like to isolate myenteric plexus from the rats small intestine and then isolate certains components of ENS (enteric nervous system) by biochemical tests.
