Is there a full transcriptome available for Orbicella franksi? If not, can you map RNAseq data from O franksi to O. annularis or O. faveolata?

I am looking for a reference transcriptome for Orbicella franksi. If this is not available can one map RNAseq reads to a sister species' transcriptome i.e. O. annularis or O faveolata?
