Does anyone know a simple method to prepare a paste for screen-printing of TiO2 thin films of 5-10 µM thickness for DSSCs?

I want to deposit thin layer TiO2 (5-10 µM) on the ITO glass by using a doctor blade technique for DSSCs. Can anyone guide me to get it?
