What is the best solute to use for density gradient centrifugation of bacteria (Salmonella spp.)?

I am trying various options like sucrose, CsCl, Percoll. Tried to find out online. One of the work pointed at Radioselectan gradient and 60% to 20% sucrose gradient. Can some one please suggest?
