At what pH the condensation reaction of hydrolyzed 3-(triethoxysilylpropyl) succinic anhydride happen ?

I hydrolyzed 3-(triethoxysilylpropyl) succinic anhydride with DI water in presence of 0.1M HCl in EtOH. Now for the condensation reaction to happen what should be the pH of the sol. ?
