Unable to seal my Microfluidic Device with a Gr FET on it?

Hi. I have been trying to seal a PDMS mould with my channels on it onto a Si Chip. I am plasma etching (O2 clean) the PDMS but cannot activate the Si chip by plasma as it has Graphene on in it....
