Can anyone share about the amount of protein from cancer cell lines that loaded in the SDS gel for Western blot?

I found too many bands when ~30 microgram protein loaded in the gel from cancer cell lines, but I see very clean band in normal cells! Your precious comments will be appreciated! Thanks

Can anyone suggest that what is the doubling time for PC-3 cells?

I am new in culturing the PC-3 cells. I have cultured in RPMI-1640 medium supplemented with 10% FBS. I have plated 200,000 cells per well of 6- well plate.
