Does anybody have a method or any tips on how to load the same amount of RNA into an agarose gel for a Northern blot?

I'm doing an mRNA decay experiment using Rifampicin and it is crucial that I load the same amount of RNA in all the wells so that I can see how the RNA decays over time after Rifampicin treatment....
