How to dynamically vary transmission bitrate on INET-OMNeT++?

I would like to dynamically vary transmission bitrate among the different values, stated by ETSI for vehicular communications, based on IEEE 802.11p (3, 4.5, ..., 27 Mbps), during simulation time...
