I have several images misaligned slightly of the same scene. I am looking for a super resolution software for using it with them. Any suggestion?

I would prefer something in Mathematica, Matlab, standalone or Photoshop plugin. The images are in standard JPEG and RAW nikon NEF format.

Why do some authors omitt deliberately some references in their papers? Why is this permitted by referees of scientific journals?

This issue is not new in our everyday scientific publishing. However, I would like to know your experience and your suggestions to minimize this unfair behavior.
