Which "easy" software to use for SNPs detection between two bacterial genomes ?

I'm looking for a software that can compare a bacterial clone with the reference genome to identify some changes in genome content (Deletion/insertion/substitution). Thanks.

GFP tag for bacteria works on microscope but not in the UV light ?

I just want to know if some of you already had this problem and if you have some tips to solve it : I tagged succesfully my mucoid bacteria because i see under microscope they expressed the GFP...
