Will the presence of Imidazole(500mM) influence the enzymatic activity of Proteinase 3?

We obtain a recombinant protein from chromatography in 500mM imidazole. We need to cleave this product with Proteinase3. Is Imidazole going to influence/hinder the enzymatic activity of Proteinase3?
