What would a good choice of filtration size for a suspension containing keyhole limpet hemocyanin?

We are using KLH as an immunostimulant.  I am trying to find the right filter size (guessing 20-40 micron range) for filtering the suspension before injecting in vivo to assess immune stimulation....
