Does anybody have experience with TGF-beta 1 - induced migration of HT-29 cells?

We have grown HT-29 cells (serum free) on non-coated transwells (8 um pore size, Greiner Bio) and incubated these at the basolateral side with 2.5, 5 and 10 ng/ml TGF-beta 1 for 12-24-48-72 hrs....
