May I take a XPS peak of atacamite(Cu2(OH)3Cl)?

I did XPS analysis on oxidized Cu-22wt%Sn(Cu2p, O1s, Cl2p, Sn3d) I want to search XPS peak of compound(Cu2(OH)3Cl), but i couldn't get it. and does ternary system show only one peak in XPS analysis?
