While multiplexing of rapid immunoassay what care should be taken? Is multiplexing possible with using proteinA as conjugate with colloid gold?

I am trying to achieve multiplexing in rapid tests..for this to achieve which one will serve as better platform lateral flow or flow through membrane assay..??
