Can anyone guide me on how i can measure ethylene concentrations for making a calibration curve using GC with FID and what kind of coloumn will work?

How can I make a vacuum chamber with glass jar to measure ethylene gas concentration using GC in lab scale? And how can i do serial dilution of pure ethylene gas for calibration curve?
