What is the format of the import file for the modifiers in Behavioral Observation Research Interactive Software (BORIS)?

I am currently using BORIS and unsure how to import my modifiers into BORIS. Is there a specific format the file should be in? The only way I can do so is by manually inputting the modifiers.
