What is the maximum amount of mice that can I intratracheally infect with a 50 uL stock of adenovirus with a titer 2.4E10 PFU/Ml. Each mice will be injected with a final titer of 2.5E7 PFU/mL.

My guess is DNA degradation from improper DNA isolation/ extraction but i'm not sure what other factors can cause this?
