Does exist a single-use filtration unit (commercial device, 0.2 or 0.45 porosity) with removable syringe filter allowing the filter to be recovered?

I need to filter a large number of seawater samples for the study of eDNA with volumes ranging from 5 to 50 mL. I extract the total DNA from the filter. I look for easy and reliable device.
