I want to cluster webpages based on industry sectors. I have dataset of 400 websites(Electronics,Chemical,Hydraulics and aerospace)100 for each category. I am highly focused on products.

I want to build a recommender system for a big data set of websites. So which Machine learning algorithm would be more appropriate to use?

My input will be some keywords and as an output I should get websites which contain same keywords most. Any suggestion would be highly appreciated. Thank you.
