Any advice in the treatment of Irregular Geometries Using a Cartesian Coordinates FVM Radiation solver?

I want to treat irregular geometry using Cartesian coordinates finite-volume method for Radiation. Can anyone provide inputs on how to treat inclined boundary? Thanks
