Does anyone have any experience of using cardiolipin in in vitro kinase assays with immunoprecipitated protein?

I was wondering whether i need to make liposomes/micelles or whether i can add some lipid that has been reconstituted in ethanol to my reactions? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
