H5N1 i.m. immnization has fairly good amount of antibodies but they don't neutralize influenza virus whereas antibodies by i.n. route do neutralize influenza virus.

Can a Haemagglutination assay (HA) be done for influenza subunit vaccines?

I am getting negatives in the most concentrated solution and RBC settle throughout the dilution. can anyone help?
